Today is my last day at BBC Parliament.
I am awkward at goodbyes-and this one will be no different. It is weird knowing I will never see any of them again...unless of course we stay in touch until my next journey across the Atlantic, which may be years.
We are heading to the pub after work. Everything is beginning to come to a close now. I shipped a box to American earlier this week, this weekend I will be studying for finals. Tomorrow is my last Friday going out on the town.
While I am ready to head back, I cannot believe how fast the time has gone. In my last week here I have to pack in everything I want to do one last time before I leave my home here in London. It's a strange feeling.

Just a brief update
Tomorrow I am seeing Fulham vs. Blackburn-and it should be a blast!
This is the man I am rooting for, Paul Robinson, goalkeeper.

Thursday the scholars are taking a trip to see Billy Elliot.
Following that show I have to go home and pack up for my trip to Dublin, Ireland. My plane takes off at 6 25 am, so its going to be a very early day.
I come home Sunday to finish up my dissertation draft and mentally prepare to turn 22. Very, very concerned-and not happy about getting older. Luckily, Becca and I are going to revert back to the good ol days and head to the toy store. hahah love my friends!
Cheers

March!
I have officially one month left in London-the past two months have gone by soo quickly, I have so much to do before the end of my trip.
Coming up:
Football match, Bill Elliot, IRELAND, Girl Talk, my birthday, AMSTERDAM.
A little bit of work???
Anyway, we went to Oxford this past Monday-straight out of Harry Potter. Oxford is much preppier than Londontown, makes me feel like I am back home :). I spent quite a lot of money there, but I clearly needed those oxford shirts.
I am trying to take it easy for the next week days-spending money only on the necessary food items. I wrote 3,000 words for my dissertation last evening, quite an impressive achievement if I do say so myself. Trying to write a few more thousand by the weekend.
This weekend begins with Amika, a very exclusive club on High Street Kensington. Following that a riverboat ride on the Thames, the Magical Mystery Tour, the Tower of London and lots of wandering. (It's my second to last weekend in London so I have to do as much as possible).
I am starting to get nervous about leaving...lots to do when I get home. I need to find a summer job-pronto.
Cheers,
Rach
